The year 2012 starts with the New Years Concert of Georg Breinschmids trio Ivica Strauss as soloists with the Filharmonie Brno. End of January we are looking forward to the next tour of Harry Sokals explosive trio GROOVE. The month is finished by the premiere of a new project of James Blood Ulmer with David Murray & Blues Orchestra at Teatro Manzoni, Milan.

December is the month of Brazilian guitar virtuoso Alegre Corrêa. A tour with his quartet, another tour with master percussionist Kornel Horvath in Hungary and the traditional Christmas Special at Vienna´s Porgy&Bess. Also Georg Breinschmid is busy as usual - a tour with duo partner Thomas Gansch, concerts with his trio Ivica Strauss as well as with vocalist Agnes Heginger complete the year 2011.

November continues with the tour of Theo Bleckmann´s new project Hello Earth! - The Music of Kate Bush, followed by a tour of Georg Breinschmid´s BREIN´S CAFE in Austria, a short European tour of the duo Jamaaladeen Tacuma & Uwe Kropinski and the first concerts in this fall of guitar virtuoso Alegre Corrêa - just returned from his home in Brazil...

October brings a short tour with Michel Godard´s trio Écoutes le vent, followed by the Serbian tour of Harry Sokal GROOVE feat. Raphael Wressnig and the start of the first European tour of Theo Bleckmann´s new project Hello Earth! - The Music of Kate Bush (a lot more to come in November). Plus - as usual - some concerts with steadily creative Georg Breinschmid...

September brings several concerts with Georg Breinschmid´s stunning trio BREIN´S CAFE - partly as a double bill with trumpet virtuoso Thomas Gansch -, comes up with some more solo shows of James Blood Ulmer as well as an appearance at Jazz à la Villette in Paris with French guitarist Rodolphe Burger and towards the end of the month Harry Sokal presents his trio GROOVE feat. Raphael Wressnig at Jazz pod hradom in Trencin.

August starts with the participation of James Blood Ulmer at the annual Summer Session hosted by Jazz Danmark and ends with a solo concert of JBU at Sant´Anna Arresi Jazz Festival in Sardinia. In between festival appearances in Austria of BREIN'S CAFE and the Alegre Corrêa Quartet.

July starts with the premiere of the new duo Michael Wollny meets Theo Bleckmann at JazzBaltica, followed by the first Zawinul Music Days in Vienna with a performance of THE SYNDICATE at Jazz Fest Wien and Lent Festival Maribor on the following day. Georg Breinschmid plays numerous concerts at festivals in Germany, Austria and Italy in duo with Thomas Gansch and with this highly acclaimed trio BREIN'S CAFE. Harry Sokal presents after a break of nearly two years the legendary trio DEPART in Saarbrücken, Wolfgang Puschnig shows up with performances of ALPINE ASPECTS and FULSOME and James Blood Ulmer presents MEMPHIS BLOOD at the Lowdown Hudson Blues Festival in Manhattan.

A ballet with Alegre Corrêa´s music will be performed at Feldkirch Festival, further performances with Alegre Corrêa´s highly successful quartet will be the traditional birthday concert at Porgy&Bess on June 5th and later that month at Halleiner Festwochen. Theo Bleckmann will come for a solo tour to Germany with concerts in Bremen, Frankfurt and Bach Festival Leipzig. And Georg Breinschmid and the Jansoka brothers continue their success with BREIN'S CAFE with concerts at Schlossfestspiele Ludwigsburg and Liszt Festival Raiding. International highlights will be the new trio of Ronald Shannon Jackson, Vernon Reid and Melvin Gibbs which will be presented after the premiere at Moers Festival in Vienna´s Porgy&Bess, plus the highly acclaimed duo of Jamaaladeen Tacuma with german guitar player Uwe Kropinski at Festival Lent in Maribor.

In May Harry Sokal will present his new trio GROOVE feat. Raphael Wressnig on a tour in Romania with festival appearances at Ploiesti and Sibiu. Georg Breinschmid´s BREIN'S CAFE will perform for the first time with Tonkünstler orchestra at Musikverein Vienna and add afterwards some concert in trio in Austria. Alegre Corrêa will present his Saudades do Brasil program with orchestra at the opening of Schlossfestspiele Ludwigsburg and afterwards with his quartet in Austria.

Georg Breinschmid will present his trio BREIN'S CAFE with the fabulous Janoska brothers on a tour in Germany. Alegre Corrêa returns from Brazil to perform some concerts with the Saudades do Brasil program in Austria and Germany.
